VP of Client Services

The Vice President of Client Services for zPaper is directly responsible for managing projects and zPaper staff throughout the client lifecycle, including technical pre-sales, post-sale implementation, and on-going support. In this role, the successful candidate must is able to effectively work with zPaper Sales and Development teams as well as clients at all levels (executive, project management, Salesforce administrators, end users, etc.).

At a technical level, the candidate has the ability to understand complex, cloud based systems, analyze business processes and diagnose technical issues. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels noted above with the appropriate level of “tech speak” is required. A working knowledge of Salesforce is critical in that zPaper is built to leverage the force.com platform.

The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to lead small teams in the technology field delivering products and services to clients. Experience managing a technical support call center is a plus. The candidate should have strong writing skills demonstrated through client proposals, client presentations and project management documents.

This position also plays a key role in Product Management for zPaper as a member of the executive team, he/she provides input on product direction, works with Development on product specifications, guides deliverable and acceptance testing schedules as well as acting as the voice of the client.
